Due to the low friction between the sealing surfaces during the opening and closing process, the shut-off valve is relatively durable and has a small opening height. It is not only suitable for medium and low pressure, but also suitable for high pressure media. Relying on the pressure of the valve stem, the sealing surface of the disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are closely attached to prevent the medium from flowing, which is a forced sealing valve. In order to adapt to the application of various occasions, there are four kinds of shut-off valves with different functions: plunger shut-off valve, direct flow shut-off valve, ordinary shut-off valve and angle shut-off valve. What is the difference between them?
1) The inlet and outlet of the angle-type stop valve are at an angle of 90 degrees. The angle-type stop valve is generally installed at the corner of the pipeline and can replace the pipe joint at the corner.
In the angle-type shut-off valve, the fluid only needs to change its direction once, so that the pressure drop through the valve is smaller than that of a conventional shut-off valve.
2) The structural characteristics and selection skills of the direct-flow stop valve, direct-flow stop valve, angle stop valve and plunger valve are the Y-type stop valve. With an angle of 45 degrees, the degree of damage to the flow state is smaller than that of conventional shut-off valves, so the pressure loss through the valve is also correspondingly small. It can also be said that there is almost no pressure drop loss, and it is also the smallest pressure drop loss of all shut-off valves. .
3) Plunger type globe valve: This type of globe valve is a variation of the conventional globe valve. In this valve, the disc and valve seat are usually designed based on the plunger principle. The valve clack is polished so that the plunger and the valve stem are connected, and the sealing is achieved by two elastic sealing rings sleeved on the plunger. The two elastic sealing rings are separated by a sleeve ring, and the sealing ring around the plunger is pressed firmly by the load exerted on the bonnet by the bonnet nut. The elastic sealing ring can be replaced and can be made of various materials. The valve is mainly used for “open” or “close”, but it is equipped with a special form of plunger or special collar. Double valve seat pressure balance straight-through plunger valve. The plunger can move up and down in the upper and lower sealing rings and the guide sleeve. The guide sleeve is provided with a pressure balance hole, and the medium pressure can enter the lower cavity of the guide sleeve through the small hole. Sealing can be achieved by the double sealing surface of the plunger and the double sealing ring in the valve body, and a larger flow can be passed. Because the plunger is shorter, the opening and closing speed is higher than that of the conventional plunger valve; the pressure balance straight-through plunger valve , The plunger is hollow, and the upper and lower chambers have through holes. The valve stem is connected with the upper sealing sleeve and the nut to balance the pressure in the upper and lower chambers of the plunger and save effort when opening and closing. However, the valve stem must have an upper seal and a packing seal, and the opening and closing speed is slow.
