The triple eccentric butterfly valve — also known as a triple offset butterfly valve — is a high-performance metal-seated butterfly valve engineered for high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-frequency cycling applications where conventional soft-seated valves cannot be used. The three geometric offsets eliminate all friction between disc and seat during opening and closing, resulting in zero seat wear per cycle. The seat is integral to the valve body, coated with anti-wear materials and optimized seating angles, while multi-layer soft or metal-to-metal sealing rings are fixed on the disc — providing superior resistance to thermal shock, pressure peaks, and corrosion. PTFE lined butterfly valve
