    Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve

    The triple eccentric butterfly valve — also known as a triple offset butterfly valve — is a high-performance metal-seated butterfly valve engineered for high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-frequency cycling applications where conventional soft-seated valves cannot be used. The three geometric offsets eliminate all friction between disc and seat during opening and closing, resulting in zero seat wear per cycle. The seat is integral to the valve body, coated with anti-wear materials and optimized seating angles, while multi-layer soft or metal-to-metal sealing rings are fixed on the disc — providing superior resistance to thermal shock, pressure peaks, and corrosion. Manufactured to API 609, face-to-face ANSI B16.10, pressure-temperature per ASME B16.34. Pressure rating ANSI Class 150/300/600/900. Size range DN50–DN1500 (2″–60″). Body materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, Monel, and Hastelloy. Seat options: multi-layer soft seal or metal-to-metal.
