Double Flange Butterfly Valve
The double flange butterfly valve is a resilient seated butterfly valve with integral flanges cast on both ends, allowing direct bolted connection to the pipeline without additional flange adaptors. The rubber seat is fully vulcanized onto the body, ensuring reliable bi-directional sealing. As a quarter-turn valve, it functions as both an isolation valve and a flow regulating valve at various opening angles. Suitable for end-of-line service. Manufactured to API 609 / EN 593, face-to-face per ISO 5752 / EN 558-1 Series 13, flange end EN 1092-2 PN10/PN16/PN25 and ANSI Class 125/150. Size range DN50–DN1200. Body and disc in ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, or alu-bronze. Seat materials: EPDM, NBR, FKM, silicone.
