Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ for standard catalogue products. However, for small orders a flat surcharge of USD 60-100 will be applied to cover packaging, documentation and handling costs. Pricing for small orders is on EXW terms.

Can I request a sample before placing an order?
Yes. For stock and volume enquiries, we provide free samples of small-bore valves (value up to USD 100) for testing and evaluation. Freight charges are at the buyer's expense.

What are your lead times?
- Resilient seated butterfly valve From stock: 1-4 weeks. Non-stock or custom branding: 4-7 weeks.
- Double eccentric butterfly valve With casting blanks available: 3-5 weeks. Without blanks: 6-8 weeks.
- Parallel slide gate valve 10-12 weeks.
- Other valves Generally 7-8 weeks.

What certifications do your products hold?
We hold certifications to cover a wide range of markets and applications:
- EU market: CE / PED - all products
- Drinking water: WRAS (UK), ACS (France)
- Oil and gas / petrochemical: API 6D, Firesafe API 6FA / API 607, ATEX, SIL
- Low-emission applications: ISO 15848

Do you offer OEM / custom branding and product development?
Yes, we offer two levels of customisation:
- Light customisation: Based on our existing designs - custom casting marks, paint finish and operator configuration. We provide drawings and samples for customer approval.
- Full development: Complete design and tooling from scratch. Customer supplies drawings, reference samples or technical requirements; we prepare a technical proposal, arrange tooling and casting, and conduct final inspection with the customer.
