What is Metal Seated Ball Valve ?

The seat is of stainless copper body with stellite alloy pile-up welding.The ball is of stainless copper body,with three surface treatment technique as hard chrome plating,vacuum coating and tungsten-titanium alloy and stellite alloy pile-up welding adopted so as to meet the heat resisting and wear resisting requirement.NORTECH ball manufacturing process is creative,which realizes high-accuracy and super mirror surface processing of the ball.Another feature of the metal seat ball valve is spring prepressing seat, which ensure the absolute reliability of seal and stability of operating torque.It ensures absolute safety,sealing reliability and operating flexibility and convenience in strucral design.
