Technical Specifications

The body and bonnet are produced in 1.0619+N carbon steel, machined to tight dimensional tolerances to ensure accurate triple-offset geometry and consistent seat contact. The disc is cast in 1.4408 austenitic stainless steel (CF8M equivalent), providing corrosion resistance across a wide range of process media. The stem is manufactured from 17-4PH precipitation-hardening stainless steel, selected for its high yield strength and fatigue resistance under cyclic torque loads.

The metal seat system is Stellite hardfaced on the seating surface to resist abrasion, galling, and thermal cycling damage at elevated temperatures. The seal ring combines S32750 super duplex stainless steel with a graphite laminate layer, delivering fire-safe sealing performance and sustained integrity across high-cycle operation. End connection is lug type to EN 1092-1 flanging dimensions; design standard EN 593.
