When the valve is closed, the valve plate is pushed forward due to the eccentricity. There is no friction between the valve plate and the valve seat during the closing process. The valve plate is directly pressed on the valve seat, thus ensuring the service life of the valve; in addition, because of this valve The sealing ring (whether installed on the valve seat or the valve plate) has a certain degree of elasticity, and there is a small amount of clearance between the boss and the elastic ring in the elastic ring to make the elastic ring slightly displaced; when the valve is closed, it is affected by As a result of the closing force, the elastomer sealing ring can automatically move to the position where the force is most uniform; coupled with a small amount of deformation of the elastic ring, the sealing ring at the valve seat is evenly stressed to achieve the best sealing state.
2. Performance changes of butterfly valves with different eccentric structures:
As the number of eccentricity of the valve plate increases, and the thickness of the valve plate is also thicker, the resistance of the fluid flowing through the triple eccentric butterfly valve increases; as the number of eccentricity of the butterfly valve increases, the performance of the valve also changes greatly. From the comparison of four different structure butterfly valves, it can be seen that the three-eccentric butterfly valve can produce a larger pressure drop and can be used as a regulating valve; the pressure drop when the fluid flows through the valve increases with the increase of the number of eccentrics; but compared with other Compared with non-butterfly valves, the pressure drop of triple eccentric butterfly valves is still relatively small. As the number of eccentricity of the butterfly valve changes, the sealing performance of the valve seat also changes accordingly. The triple eccentric butterfly valve has excellent seat sealing performance. As the number of eccentricities increases, the torque required for opening and closing of the valve decreases. Therefore, the torque required for the opening and closing of the triple eccentric butterfly valve is much smaller than that of other types of butterfly valves. With the change of the number of eccentricity, the temperature and pressure grade range and applicable temperature range of the butterfly valve will also have greater changes. The applicable temperature and pressure grade range of the triple eccentric butterfly valve is unmatched by other types of butterfly valves.
