1. Gate valve: Gate valve refers to the valve with the closing part (gate) moving along the vertical direction of the channel axis. It is mainly used as the cutting medium in the pipeline, that is, fully open or fully closed. In general, gate valves should not be used to regulate flow. It can be used for low temperature pressure or high temperature and pressure, depending on the valve material. But gate valves are generally not used for conveying mud and other media in the pipeline.
Advantages:

(3) The general gate valve has two sealing surfaces, to the processing, grinding and maintenance increased some difficulties;
